We like to use fruits and veges that are in season so our menu is always changing, you will have to find us on the day to know what we are serving.
But here is an example of what we serve:
Salmon Cream Cheese with salad, capers a squeeze of lemon and a drizzle of olive oil all served on top of our fresh handmade crumpets.
Bacon and Eggs on top of salad and our crumpet topped with a good helping of hollandaise sauce.
Banana salted caramel – from the bottom up; Fresh crumpet, Cream Cheese icing, biscuit crumble, slices of fresh banana, generous helping of salted caramel sauce and a sprinkle of crushed walnuts.
Apple Crumble – Hot stewed apple covered in a nutty crumble and topped with a dollop of vanilla mascarpone cream on top of a fresh crumpet.
We also make have all the classic spreads; golden syrup, honey, marmite (or vegemite if your more into that sort of thing) jam and peanut butter.
